Gartan Technologies is a software development company based in Letterkenny. They specialise in time-management solutions for the Emergency Services sector. Their Rostering, Payroll and Competency Management tools are used by Fire & Rescue Services throughout Ireland, the UK and Australia. They bring over 20 years experience to the sector and offer 'Off-the-Shelf', Bespoke, SaaS and 'On-Premise' solutions. Since March 2020, Gartan Technologies have increased their workforce by 10% (from 21 to 23 staff members)

ITUS Secure Technologies based out of the LYIT CoLab Enterprise Centre was founded by duo Clare Ryan and Paul Daly. They have developed a cybersecurity risk management solution for the insurance industry which can be used to determine the likelihood of a cyber incident in a SME. Their software, CYBRISC, is the equivalent of ‘driver telematics’ in the cyber insurance sector.
They also offer Manages Security-as-a-Service solutions for SMEs.
