Forward Emphasis International

Forward Emphasis International (FEI) was established in 2000, providing services from Malmar House, Co Donegal. We are an indigenous, community-based employer with strong values and ethics, and we succeed through the great relationship we have with our people and through the long-term partnerships we develop with our clients. FEI is recognised within government as an important employer and stimulus for economic activity in North Donegal, and thus viewed as a key contributor to economic development outside the major urban centres.

Since establishment FEI has provided services to 20 FTSE 100 companies and completed over 150 million customer interactions across banking, insurance, logistics and the not-for-profit sectors. FEI delivers highly complex regulated voice and back-office transactions for leading Irish, European and UK companies, in both regulated and unregulated industries.

FEI worked to invoke 100% home working capability as we monitored the developing COVID-19 pandemic during February ’20 and successfully rolled out, in a phased approach, during early March ‘20. During this current pandemic period, 100% of staff were homeworking enabled, with key technical and support roles operating from the facility on a rotational basis.
