For the first few years, we worked hard to provide high-quality fresh products to the local community. Along came the pandemic and our lovely little retail bakery business was closed for 15 months! Like so many other businesses, we had to evolve to survive and, due to Covid 19, we had the time to focus on developing our range of award-winning bread mixes. In March 2021, we took the decision to work full time on production of our bread mixes and not re-open the bakery in Dunfanaghy.
We currently have four bread mixes based on our bakery’s traditional recipes. We have had huge support from local retailers and we also now sell online on our own website www.wildfuschiabakehouse.ie , as well as with Amazon UK. In addition, our products are available in a number of independent retailers across Donegal, in Northern Ireland and have been shipped all over the world in Irish Hampers.
