It all began back in 2014, when husband and wife team, Paddy and Shelley decided it was time they realised their dream together.
They opened The Hatter with them hoping that their customers would embrace the wide range of breakfasy and lunch dishes using locally sourced produce where possible.
Also at the heart of everyday was the need for a home from home feel for everyone.
It was the beginning of an amazing journey which has led to Hatter brand being well known across Donegal and beyond. It also has helped to launch other areas of the business, like The Hatter Express, Barista College and also Coffee Co.
