The Bakery Shack is a fantastic takeaway bakery and coffee shop based in Rossnowlagh and run by mother and son due Julie and David. Open year round, we pride ourselves on excellent sweet and savoury home baking and high quality single origin coffee from local roasters in Sligo. For Christmas we sell out of cakes, pies and puddings usually by mid December. We encourage preorders so you won't be disappointed.
