Bri Carr works from her home in Ramelton, writing stories, poems and songs in English and Irish. She has a series of children's books self-published locally, featuring songs by children from the county, in Donegal Irish, so the reader can follow the story in English. Her website songsandstories.ie will be live soon, to promote the launch of new material and services, online. Covid19 has taught Bri to regroup, focus on the positives and see it as an opportunity to grow. The creation of 'Wild Atlantic Women', 'Wild Atlantic Wains', 'StayAtHome Lurgybrack Cru' and multiple poems, songs and live concerts have all been achieved from her own home and other scenic locations all over Donegal while in Lockdown. Bri will continue to create. write songs, stories and poems about her beloved Donegal and continue to reach out to the Donegal Diaspora.
