The RegTech Supercluster is excited to announce the RegTech Supercluster Hackathon, scheduled for Tuesday, 10th September 2024, at Ulster University Derry/Londonderry Campus. This engaging in-person event invites innovators, developers, and entrepreneurs to collaborate and create impactful solutions aimed at addressing financial inclusion challenges in Northern Ireland.
The hackathon will focus on the theme: "Empowering Financial Inclusion in Northern Ireland through Technology." Participants will have the opportunity to design digital solutions that meet the unique financial needs of underserved communities, including low-income individuals, rural residents, the elderly, and immigrants.
“We are thrilled to be running this hackathon that aims to bring together diverse talents to tackle such a crucial issue,” said Natasha O’Hea, Innovation Lead at Catalyst, one of the founding partners of the RegTech Supercluster. “This event is a fantastic opportunity for participants to learn, network, and showcase their creativity while contributing to meaningful change in our communities.”
