Sliabh Liag Distillers became the first distilling company in Donegal for over 175 years when they began production in 2017. Returning entrepreneurs, James and Moira Doherty, established the company with a view to reclaiming the rich distilling heritage of County Donegal.
Located on the Sliabh Liag peninsula, their An Dúlamán Gin Distillery is home to their award-winning An Dúlamán Gins, Assaranca Vodka and Silkie Irish Whiskeys. A new €6.5m distillery is under construction in the historic and beautiful village of Ardara on Donegal’s Wild Atlantic Way. Sliabh Liag’s brands are currently available in over 24 countries across the world.
